Workplace Wellness
Employee Wellness Sessions are custom created with your team’s goals in mind. Using a combination of supportive experiential techniques listed below in conjunction with an information based discussion to help your team build skills to promote resilience, decrease burnout and support positive emotional wellbeing. Worplace wellness workshops typically last 2+ hours depending on the size of your team.

Employee Wellness Offerings:
Song Creation
A madlib style (fill-in the blank) lyric writing experience where you and your team will create a song with assistance from the MT.
Session Objectives: Team building, positive psychology, Engagement in a successful creative collaboration, feelings of joy, optimism and connection.
Live Music Meditation
Therapist provided live music using a combination of crystal singing bowls, lap harp and/or guitar in conjunction with progressive muscle relaxation, guided imagery or deep breathing prompts.
Session Objectives:: Decreased perception of stress, improved focus and self awareness, decreased heart and respiratory rate, feelings of peace and calm.
Drum Circle
Use of user friendly melodic or percussion instruments to create a relaxing or energizing piece of instrumental music.
Session Objectives:: Team building, improved awareness, decrease in stressful thought processes, stress relief, self expression, aesthetic experience of harmony and beauty.
Music and Movement
Gentle guided movement and rhythmic breath work, paired with a diverse playlist to increase energy for your employee wellness.
Session Objectives: Team building, improved mood state, decrease in physical tension, feelings of release, mind body connection, and self compassion.
